Because our products are handmade, we do not accept refunds except for obvious quality issues.
Furthermore, due to high international shipping costs, we do not recommend returning the goods via the original shipping method unless the buyer pays the return shipping fee.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the quality immediately. If there are obvious quality issues due to shipping or workmanship, please contact us immediately. Please ensure the product shows no signs of use and is free from any damage caused by human error. Our staff will resolve the issue for you based on the specific circumstances.
If no objection is raised within 7 days of receiving the goods, we will not process a refund request.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns
